NEET UG Admit Card: How to Download

The NEET UG admit card is released on the official NTA NEET portal, usually about 10 to 14 days before the exam date. For the 2026 Re-NEET cycle, NTA scheduled admit cards to be available by 14 June 2026. You must carry a printed copy of the admit card and a valid photo ID to the exam centre — entry is not permitted without both.

How to download your admit card

  1. Open the official NTA NEET portal — Go to neet.nta.nic.in. Admit-card links are published as a notice on the home page when released.
  2. Log in with your credentials — Use your application number and date of birth or password as required by the current portal.
  3. Download and review — Check your name, father's name, category, exam centre, date, timing, and instructions. If any detail is wrong, use the official grievance route immediately — do not wait until exam day.
  4. Print and keep extras — Print at least two clear copies. Keep one in a separate bag from your usual study materials.

City intimation slip before admit card: NTA releases a city intimation slip about two weeks before the exam, followed by the admit card a few days later. The city intimation slip shows your exam city (not the exact centre). Do not confuse the two — the admit card is the document you carry on exam day.

Frequently asked questions

What if my admit card has a wrong detail?

Raise a grievance on the official NTA portal immediately. Do not attempt the exam with wrong details and expect correction later. Early reporting is the only reliable fix.
