NEET Question Papers
NEET UG previous-year question papers (PYQs) from 2013 onwards, organised by subject — Physics, Chemistry, and Biology. Solving PYQs by topic is the most direct way to understand what NTA tests and how questions are framed. Each subject page links to official sources and highlights the most-tested chapters.

NEET papers, answer keys and the OMR challenge
NTA publishes the question paper, provisional answer key and your scanned OMR sheet after each NEET-UG, with a paid window to challenge answers before the final key. Past papers are the most reliable difficulty benchmark you have — NEET questions map tightly to NCERT, and PYQ practice exposes exactly where your NCERT reading is superficial.
Because NEET carries negative marking, past-paper practice is as much about attempt discipline as knowledge: knowing which of the questions you would have skipped is a score-changing skill.
PYQs the NCERT way
- Attempt a full paper in one 3-hour sitting — Stamina is examinable. Half-papers train knowledge but not the exam.
- Trace every miss back to an NCERT line — For most Biology and much of Chemistry, the answer is a line in NCERT. Mark that line in your book — your revision becomes self-updating.
- Score with negative marking honestly — Minus one for every wrong answer in your self-scoring. Watch how your attempted-question count should change as accuracy improves.
Use only official keys: Coaching answer keys published on exam evening frequently disagree with the final NTA key. Wait for the provisional key on the official portal before drawing conclusions about your score.
